About Our Client:

Our client is a leading Malaysian manufacturing and property development company specializing in sustainable packaging solutions and affordable housing.

Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and foster strong client relationships within the real estate sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, property developers, and other stakeholders to enhance business opportunities, drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the company's projects to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients and prospects.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Lead and participate in roadshows, exhibitions and events.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify new market opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to develop integrated sales and marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
    Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.

Marketing

  • Lead and assist all marketing activities to promote the company's projects and enhance brand visibility.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and
    collaborating with internal teams and external partners that aligned with the company's business
    objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital
    advertising, social media, email marketing, print media, events, road show and partnerships, to reach
    target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content, including website content, blog
    posts, social media posts, email newsletters, brochures, videos, and presentations, to engage and educate
    prospects and customers.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify market trends, customer
    preferences, and opportunities for innovation, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to track campaign
    effectiveness, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
  • At least five (5) years experience in property developer / real estate industry or related field.
  • Able to speak in Malay & English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Manage marketing expenditure and budget.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meeting dateline.
  • Committed with result driven personality.
  • Computer literature and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Words, Excel & Power Point)
  • Independent, result-orientated and aggressive in generating sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, dynamic and a good team player.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Remuneration:

Up to MYR 9,000 (Based on relevant experience) + Quarterly Incentive (Upon Confirmation)
