About the Company
Our client is a legal firm based in KL, Klang and Puchong. They are looking for a dedicated conveyancing secretary to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
- To assist lawyers in handling all conveyancing SPA matter including sub sale and project cases.
- To assist lawyers in handling all loan documentation for financing and re-financing.
- All other related conveyancing matters such as discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment, tenancy agreements and etc.
- To liaise with clients, bankers, agents, relevant government authorities and other relevant parties.
- Raise payment vouchers and invoices and to follow up on collection in a timely manner.
- Monitor progress and update clients' files.
- To undertake any ad-hoc activities from the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate.
- 2-4 years of experience in handling SPA and/or loan documentations
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Spoken and written English and Bahasa is required. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Willing to learn and take on new tasks and a good team player.
- Good working attitude towards job responsibilities and meticulous with details.
Remuneration
- RM 3,000 - RM 5,000
