About Our Client

Our client is a holding company in the property development industry, listed in the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and execution of strategic sales & marketing plans that effectively communicate overall facility sales goals, including strategic directions, key objectives, target segments, strategies, marketing & public relations on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads the development of all facility related pricing and marketing initiatives including dynamic based pricing strategies.
  • Creating and overseeing the delivery of sales and marketing programs
  • Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans that maximize profitability
  • Continually researches and analyzes local market conditions to obtain an in-depth understanding of competitor's pricing strategies throughout the year.
  • Prepare reports such as annual sales plan, monthly sales reports, annual goals, sales & marketing budgets and forecasts.
  • Effectively follows-up with clients in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for sales, lease and marketing for all properties and projects under the company.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA) and 10 years of proven experience in driving sales in the property development sector
  • Ability to read, write and speak English and Chinese is required in order to perform the duties of the job
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
  • Possess a high level of accuracy

Remuneration

  • MYR 18,000 - MYR 25,000
