About the company:

Our client is an award-winning global payments solution provider that was established in Singapore. They serve as a global payment facilitator that interconnects different payment options and types.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To perform user acceptance testing for product launches and product enhancements in accordance with business and operational requirements.
  • To ensure proper closure of the entire testing process within the stipulated timeline and to report to the Supervisor of any issues.
  • To properly document and file testing artefacts and documents into retrievable repositories.
  • To prepare test data, monitor testing progress and to log defects.
  • Ensure proper closure of the entire testing process within stipulated timeline.
  • Escalate gaps and defects or issues discovered during executing the various test scenarios to the Supervisor and ensure correct reporting, analysis and resolution is obtained from IT.
  • Work with Supervisor and IT in coordinating the execution of the agreed test conditions within the overall planned timeline.
  • To provide support for post implementation issues.
  • To assist in compiling training documentation for internal staff.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

Requirements 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Amiable to routinised work as daily task involves intensive regression testing.
  • Detail-oriented, possess a keen eye for observing UI/UX issues, and have strong investigative skills to identify technical bugs and issues.
  • Agreeable to working off hours depending on product rollout timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Preferred language: Ability to speak in Mandarin is compulsory.
