BUSINESS MIGRATION EXECUTIVE/ SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE (Japanese Speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the transfer of projects from Japan HQ to the ASEAN region.
- Conduct demand planning based on customers requirements and forecasts.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels optimally.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service departments for delivery coordination.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of actual and forecasted numbers to suppliers and Japan HQ.
- Develop a good understanding of Customer Products and Supply Chain.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in customer service, purchasing or material planning in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Japanese is mandatory for effective coordination of project transfers from Japan.
