BUSINESS MIGRATION EXECUTIVE/ SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the transfer of projects from Japan HQ to the ASEAN region.
  • Conduct demand planning based on customers requirements and forecasts.
  • Maintain and manage inventory levels optimally.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service departments for delivery coordination.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of actual and forecasted numbers to suppliers and Japan HQ.
  • Develop a good understanding of Customer Products and Supply Chain.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in customer service, purchasing or material planning in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is mandatory for effective coordination of project transfers from Japan.
