Job Responsibilities:
- As an expert of Keysight's Wireless products or solutions, provides responsive and in-depth pre and post-sales technical support including measurement, configuration, applications and technologies. Applications and technologies in areas of communication standards such as CDMA, GSM, WCDMA, LTE, 802.11, Bluetooth standards, P5G and 5GNR.
- Understands and resolves customer's technical inquiry via remote channels such as phone, email, portal.
- Performs research which may include replicating customer's issue in the lab and/or working with R&D to find resolution.
- Delivers start-up assistance or solution implementation to the customer via remote means.
- Qualifies and refers sales opportunities for hardware, software and services to the Sales team.
- Creates and contributes technical articles to the internal knowledge base.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential due to the need to support the Greater China business.
- Bachelors/Master/Doctorate Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Typically, 10+ Years Experience in using Wireless Test & Measurement instruments including , spectrum/signal analyzers, signal sources and Signal Studio, Xapps
- Deep understanding of RF and wireless test and measurement applications. Strong knowledge in Phase Noise, EMI, Noise Figure, WLAN, Bluetooth, GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, LTE, P5G, 5GNR technologies.
- Strong communication skills and possesses the ability to interact with a wide variety of people, and able to discuss and explain complex issues remotely.
- Possesses a customer-first mindset with the passion to serve customers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
