Our client is diversified in the design, development and management of boutique commercial and leisure real estate and brands.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director Office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing excellent support.

What You'll Do:
Provide administrative support to senior management
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Handle correspondence and communication with clients and stakeholders
Prepare reports and presentations as needed
Assist in project coordination and follow-up on tasks
Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records


What We're Looking For:
1 year of experience in a similar role
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and apply new skills


Remunerations:
MYR 2,400 - MYR 3,500
