About the job Talent Acquisition Manager
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to in-charge of the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while aligning with the organizational goals.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work From Office, Flexi Working Hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality corporate talents.
- Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads to align hiring plans with business growth.
- Source talents across using multiple channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from posting jobs, sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights through regular reporting to measure success and optimize hiring efforts.
- Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in managerial role.
- Fluent in spoken and written in both English and Mandarin.
- Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail is highly valued
- Proficiency in using job posting tools & ATS
- Proactive, results-driven, highly adaptability, strong communication and organized.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
