The Mission:

As the Head of HR & Admin, you will be the architect of our people strategy and the backbone of our operations. You will lead the entire employee lifecycle—from aggressive tech talent acquisition and performance management to maintaining a high-energy office culture and robust administrative infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. People Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute an HR & Admin strategy that aligns and enables the company's business and growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on organizational design, succession planning, and change management.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the internal HR and Admin teams.

2. Talent Acquisition (The Tech Edge)

  • Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talents in a competitive market.
  • Refine the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to make the company a "Top Employer" in the IT sector.
  • Manage relationships with external headhunters and technical recruitment platforms.

3. Culture & Employee Experience

  • Foster a high-performance culture that balances productivity with employee well being.
  • Design and implement engagement initiatives that resonate with a high performing workforce.
  • Design and implement talent development programs that align with the company's goals.

4. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

  • Benchmark tech-industry salaries and design competitive compensation packages.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Strategize and oversee the annual performance review cycle and OKR/KPI tracking.

5. Administrative & Office Operations

  • Oversee facility management, office safety, and vendor management.
  • Manage the administrative budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising on quality.
  • Lead the transition or management of physical/hybrid office spaces and IT asset procurement.
  • Assisting in managing company secretarial functions by liaising with third parties and aligning with company management.

6. Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management

  • Tech Stack & Asset Management: Negotiating and managing contracts for hardware (laptops, servers) and software licenses (SaaS, IDEs, Cloud credits).
  • Vendor Ecosystem: Building a "Preferred Vendor List" (PVL) for recurring needs like internet service providers, housekeeping, and catering.
  • Lifecycle Management: Tracking vendor performance and conducting annual reviews to ensure the company is getting the best ROI and service quality.
  • Procurement Policy and Governance: Create, maintain, and enforce a complete procurement policy for the company.


Working Location:

Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Remuneration:

MYR 15,000 - MYR 20,000
