Job Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify clients' financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Proactively acquire new customers through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
- Provide professional financial advice and deliver excellent customer service.
- Cross-sell and up-sell banking products such as deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and wealth management solutions where applicable.
- Conduct regular client reviews to ensure clients' financial objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and banking procedures.
- Prepare and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver appropriate banking solutions.
- Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and industry developments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Prior experience in relationship management, sales, business development, customer service, or the banking/financial services industry is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and business development targets.
- Customer-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of banking products and financial services is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to be based in Singapore.
- Language required: English, Mandarin
