Resort Sales & Marketing Executive

About Our Client:
A tourism company operating an Eco resort at Raub, Pahang. The nature of business is Agro/Eco tourism which surrounded by the nature view of emerald-green grasslands while breathing faint aroma of the king of the fruits.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to work base at the headquarter office at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and online platforms.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and booking documents for corporate, group, and leisure clients.
• Coordinate room reservations, events, group bookings, and customer requirements with relevant departments.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales databases, and booking systems.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team in promotional campaigns, events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative documents.
• Manage website, OTA, and social media enquiries and bookings.
• Ensure prompt responses and excellent customer service.
• Perform other sales and administrative duties assigned by management.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, tourism, events, MICE, or related industries.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with reservation systems, CRM, OTA platforms, or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills; positive and customer-oriented.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation when required.

Remunerations: 

• Basic: RM3,000 - RM 4,000 
• Commission
