Marketing Assistant/Executive

About the Company

Pioneer Malaysian stationery wholesaler and distributor in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur with nearly 50 years of experience and sole agent for top Japanese brands.

We are looking for Marketing Executive to support online & offline marketing initiatives.

• Location: Segambut, Kuala Lumpur
• Work Mode: Work from Office (Mon - Fri)
• Remuneration: RM2,500 - RM3,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative & Design: Produce photos, videos, and offline/online materials (leaflets, posters, flyers, e-newsletters, e-banners) for social media, e-commerce, and offline channels.
• Digital Marketing & Strategy: Plan monthly content aligned with themes/strategies, analyze performance metrics, and assist the Marketing Manager in formulating innovative campaigns.
• E-Commerce & Customer Service: Manage daily orders, inventory, product listings, website updates, and customer inquiries to maintain strong ratings and service.
• Influencer & PR: Collaborate with local bloggers and influencers to build a strong talent network.
• Events & POSM: Execute events (exhibitions, book fairs, roadshows, workshops, charity activities) and work with suppliers to develop POS materials.
• General: Provide analytical insights, support sales/marketing capabilities, and handle ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (advertising background or fresh graduates willing to learn are welcome).
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Technical Skills: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with an analytical mindset.
• Possess own transport and willingness to travel.
