The Opportunity
We're seeking a midlevel Real Estate Associate to join one of our esteemed clients. This role offers the chance to make an impact by contributing to a dynamic Real Estate & Land Use practice group that focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, construction, development, financing, and real estate investment across diverse property types and industry sectors. Your expertise will be key in handling sophisticated matters at both a local and national level.
What You'll Do
- Lead with Purpose: Provide exceptional legal counsel on transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with teams across the organization to achieve client objectives and deliver superior outcomes.
- Deliver Excellence: Draft and negotiate complex agreements while maintaining attention to detail and a commitment to client service.
- Analyze and Innovate: Leverage your expertise to address legal challenges and support real estate development and investment strategies.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of transactional real estate experience.
- Education: J.D. from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
- Skills: Superior legal writing and drafting skills, with a strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Mindset: An enthusiasm for the practice of real estate law and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

- Real Estate Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of transactional real estate practices, including acquisitions, leasing, and financing.
- Legal Drafting and Writing: Exceptional ability to craft precise legal documents and agreements.
