About the Role:

In this role, youll utilize your nursing expertise to assess, treat, and support patients while building strong relationships with them and their families. Your Mission:

• Patient Care: Provide high-quality care to home health patients, including assessments, treatments, and continuous monitoring.
• Documentation: Complete timely and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare providers and support teams to ensure seamless care for patients.
• Patient Education: Instruct patients and family members on treatments and health practices to ensure optimal recovery and independence.
• Travel & Flexibility: Travel locally to patient homes in Marysville, PA, while managing your schedule with flexibility.

What You Bring:

• Education: Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an RN role (home health experience preferred).
• Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Certifications: Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications, or willingness to obtain with support.
• Drivers License: Valid license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Schedule & Shift Details:

• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with minimal weekend shifts required (on-call rotation every 4-8 weeks).
• Flexibility: No long shifts or overnight on-call.
• Travel: Local travel within Marysville, PA, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation Structure: Pay-Per-Visit rates ($48-54 per visit) with a guaranteed $3K stipend per pay period during the 6-month orientation.
• Bonus: $15,000 First Year Success Bonus, paid quarterly.
• Performance Bonuses: $1,000 outcome-based bonus per quarter.
