The Opportunity
We're seeking a junior to mid-level Associate to join one of our esteemed clients in their Environment, Energy, and Resources practice. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal team focused on tackling complex environmental challenges and advising clients on compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
What You'll Do
- Provide Expertise: Advise clients on matters related to the Clean Air Act and other environmental regulations.
- Advocate with Precision: Prepare and present persuasive legal arguments and provide top-tier client advocacy.
- Collaborate for Impact: Work with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver strategic legal solutions for clients.
- Deliver Excellence: Draft, review, and analyze complex legal documents with a strong attention to detail.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Two to four years of experience with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
- Education: J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Skills: Exceptional writing, advocacy, and client service skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: A prior federal judicial clerkship is a plus.
