The Opportunity
We're seeking a Product Liability Associate to join one of our esteemed clients in their San Diego, Los Angeles, or Seattle offices. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a nationally recognized Product Liability practice group that represents flagship consumer brands and international manufacturers in high-stakes litigation.
What You'll Do
- Manage Complex Litigation: Represent national and international manufacturers in high-stakes product liability cases and mass tort disputes.
- Collaborate with Industry Leaders: Work alongside an elite team of attorneys with expertise in representing leading consumer brands and aviation products.
- Deliver Excellence: Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and contribute to strategic case planning.
- Build Relationships: Counsel and represent clients in bet-the-company matters at a national and international level.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: At least two years of litigation experience, preferably in product liability or mass torts disputes.
- Education: J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Preferred Qualifications: Federal clerkship experience is highly valued.
- Skills: Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach to work.
