We are seeking a skilled Product Liability Associate to join a leading international law firm in its San Diego, Los Angeles, or Seattle offices. In this position, you will:

  • Represent flagship consumer brands and aviation manufacturers in high-stakes product liability cases.
  • Handle litigation matters involving mass torts and complex legal disputes.
  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and legal briefs with precision.
  • Engage in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation with a focus on detail and strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-office teams to deliver innovative and client-focused legal solutions.
  • Provide strategic counsel and representation in federal and state court proceedings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience and Expertise

  • Years of Practice: Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in product liability or complex litigation.
  • Judicial Clerkship: Federal clerkship experience is preferred.
  • Litigation Background: Strong foundation in managing sophisticated legal matters for high-profile clients.

Educational Credentials

  • Juris Doctor (JD): Degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Bar Membership: Active bar license in California or Washington, or eligibility to waive in.
