We're seeking a Corporate Associate to join one of our clients' corporate practices in San Francisco. This position provides a unique opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing offices in the Bay Area, supporting mergers and acquisitions, securities, venture capital, and private equity practices. It's perfect for entrepreneurial, business-minded attorneys eager to make a significant impact and contribute to a thriving practice.

What You'll Do

• Support Key Transactions: Work on mergers and acquisitions, securities, venture capital, and private equity matters.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner with colleagues and clients to deliver innovative solutions and outstanding results.
• Grow the Practice: Help strengthen the firm's presence and reputation in the Bay Area.
• Balance Office Work: Engage in a hybrid work environment, spending 60% of your time in the San Francisco office to foster collaboration and growth.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: At least 2 years of transactional experience, particularly in M&A, securities, venture capital, or private equity.
• Education: JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensure: Admitted to or eligible for admission in California.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strong organizational ability, and attention to detail.
• Mindset: Professional, collaborative, and deadline-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.

Your Skillset

• M&A Expertise: Demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Private Equity Proficiency: Background in private equity transactions is preferred.
• Venture Capital Acumen: Hands-on familiarity with venture capital deals.
• Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
