The Opportunity

We're seeking a Corporate Associate (M&A) with 3+ years of private equity transactional experience to join one of our premier clients in Boston. This is a unique chance to work with a dynamic and robust national corporate M&A practice. You'll have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively, providing top-tier legal services in acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and more.

What You'll Do

• Lead Transactions: Handle private equity transactional matters, including acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, and joint ventures.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with private equity funds and financial institutions on complex transactions.
• Provide Strategic Counsel: Offer efficient legal services to support client's needs, ensuring top-notch client service.
• Commit to Excellence: Dedicate yourself to professional development within an on-track partnership role.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in M&A and private equity transactional matters.
• Education: JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensure: Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts or New York.
• Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication, critical reasoning, and organization with meticulous attention to detail.
• Mindset: A collaborative and professional approach with the ability to prioritize and balance competing responsibilities.
