Job Title: Licensed Therapist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team. The Licensed Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing mental health, behavioral, or emotional challenges. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport quickly, and have a deep understanding of different therapeutic modalities.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health, behavioral, or emotional issues. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions as needed. Collaborate with other mental health professionals, medical providers, and community resources to provide comprehensive care to clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention services as needed. Attend regular staff meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of professional conduct.

Qualifications: Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field from an accredited program. Current licensure in the state as a Licensed Therapist, with the ability to maintain licensure in good standing. Demonstrated experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups with a range of mental health and behavioral issues. Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish therapeutic relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time-management and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Must be able to operate a computer and other office equipment. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
