Heres How You will Make Impact:

As the Manager of IT Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure and network systems. This role requires a strong understanding of networking technologies, infrastructure management, security protocols, and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead high-performing IT team through recruitment, training, mentoring, and leadership
• Provide visionary leadership, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities.
• Establish and enforce infosec policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assess, manage, and mitigate security risks; swiftly resolve incidents.
• Conduct security audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, availability, and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate tech contracts.
• Support and manage vendors through security audits required for SOC2, ISO27001, and SOX
• Support team growth and development; promote collaborative and inclusive culture.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and network administration.
• Strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).
• Experience with firewall management, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and network security protocols.
• Proficiency in infrastructure technologies such as virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and storage systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CompTIA Network+, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred.
