About the role

A Japanese IT company engaged in a wide range of technology services—including system development, software solutions, and website production—is seeking a Web Designer / Front-End Engineer to join its growing team!

In this role, you will be involved in the development and maintenance of clients' websites and e-commerce sites, working closely with designers and team members. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative and friendly work environment!

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Build websites using platforms such as Webflow and Shopify
• Create and update websites using CMS tools like WordPress
• Implement designs and simple animations based on design specifications
• Ensure responsive design and perform quality checks across devices
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proficiency in Japanese / English is required
• Experience in web design and/or front-end development

*Open to candidates with any level of experience, including self-taught or recent graduates!

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

We welcome candidates who have experience or knowledge in any of the following:

• HTML / CSS / JavaScript
• CMS platforms such as WordPress
• Webflow or Shopify
• Adobe tools such as Photoshop / Illustrator
• UI / UX design

*You do not need to have experience in all of the above.



Schedule & Benefits

• Monday–Friday, on-site (9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
• $40,000 – $60,000 per year (depending on experience)
