About job

As an Embedded Software Engineer, youll play a key role throughout the entire product lifecycle from concept to deployment. Youll work hands-on with both hardware and software teams, gaining full visibility and access to the product architecture. Your technical insights and implementation suggestions will directly influence how our embedded systems are designed, optimized, and integrated into automotive OEM solutions.

Beyond writing efficient and reliable code, youll have the opportunity to shape design decisions, propose technical improvements, and ensure that every component you build contributes to product quality, safety, and performance. Your work will have a measurable impact on how next-generation automotive technologies perform in real-world environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain embedded software in C/C++
  • Work in a Windows/Linux environment
  • Collaborate closely with your Technical Team Lead (TTL) for daily technical tasks and with the Project Manager (PM) for project coordination and resource planning
  • Contribute to improving code quality, performance, and reliability across systems
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and integration of embedded software components to ensure system stability and compliance with automotive standards

Requirements

  • Degree in Automation, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Embedded Software Development (low-level and core system layers) with strong C/C++ and RTOS knowledge
  • Solid experience with Git/Jira, debugging, and troubleshooting embedded systems
  • Proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented, with a strong team mindset
  • Good command of English; experience with RESTful APIs, MQTT, or Docker is a plus.
