About job

Were looking for a Mid/Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS) with strong experience in managing and optimizing scalable, secure cloud infrastructures. Youll be responsible for the configuration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our AWS environment ensuring performance, automation, and reliability.

This role is part of a technically mature, agile team, working on a high-impact international project.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and monitor AWS environments: Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route53, CloudWatch.
• Manage load balancers, auto-scaling, and security groups; handle SSL certificates via ACM.
• Configure and optimize EC2 (Amazon Linux / RHEL) instances: PHP, PHP-FPM, Apache.
• Set up alerting and performance monitoring through CloudWatch.
• Oversee RDS Aurora MySQL: monitoring, backups, auditing, and optimization.
• Manage global traffic and distribution through AWS Global Accelerator and CloudFront.
• Automate deployments and maintenance using systemd, awscli, git, rsync, ssh.
• Ensure infrastructure security, stability, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

Requirements

• Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure.
• Solid experience with Linux (Amazon Linux / RHEL) and core admin tools (ssh, rsync, systemd, grep, tail, etc.).
• Experience with scripting and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization mindset.
• English upper-intermediate or above.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Elastic Beanstalk, Load Balancer, Security Groups, Global Accelerator
  • CloudFront, Route53, S3, RDS Aurora MySQL, EC2, ACM, CloudWatch

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes.
