Responsibilities:

  1. Advisors or Agents:
    • Answer and make calls, chats, and emails.
    • Channel client inquiries.
    • Can seek new clients through phone contacts, social networks, chat, email, or SMS.
      • Inbound: Handle incoming communications.
      • Outbound: Handle outgoing communications.
      • Blend: Handle both incoming and outgoing calls.
  2. Quality Analysts:
    • Conduct a detailed analysis of interactions between agents and clients.
    • Detect strengths and weaknesses in the service.
    • Provide effective feedback to improve customer service.
  3. Data Protection:
    • It is crucial to comply with regulations such as CRM to protect client data.
    • Practical implementations to ensure information security and privacy.

Job Requirements:

  • Professional Education: High School Diploma in Sciences and Arts (Humanities) and/or University Student.
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Work Experience in Companies related to the Call Center industry.
  • Advanced English (Bilingual)
  • Knowledge of CRM Management
  • Proficiency in Computer Packages (Microsoft Word, Excel - Microsoft Office, among others)
  • Work Location: Tegucigalpa, M.D.C, Boulevard Morazán.
