PROJECT & CONTEXT

You'll work closely with company leadership (CEO/COO level) and directly with clients, partnering with marketing and product teams to diagnose business challenges and translate them into rigorous data science initiatives. Your work will directly influence marketing spend optimization and product growth strategy through statistical modeling, rapid prototyping, and clear data storytelling for both technical and non-technical audiences. Expect occasional national and international travel (0%–15%, depending on project and client needs).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required)

• Senior-level individual contributor experience, leading complex data science initiatives with significant independence
• Expert-level proficiency in Python or R, including experience with specialized libraries such as CausalImpact and RStan
• Advanced SQL skills for manipulating and structuring multi-dimensional datasets
• Hands-on experience across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build compelling, non-technical narratives from raw data
• Proven ability to influence product and marketing strategy through data-backed evidence across all organizational levels
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with Databricks
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with Snowflake

Compensation: €2,300 – €3,050/month net, depending on experience and seniority level.
