.NET Developer - Hybrid Porto or Lisbon (3 days/week office preferred)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join one of our clients in the Insurance sector. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives, developing high-quality software within a collaborative and agile environment.

You'll work alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams, contributing throughout the full software development lifecycle while helping build scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.

PROJECT & CONTEXT

As a .NET Developer, you'll be responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining enterprise applications that support business-critical operations. You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers and other Software Engineers in an agile environment.

This role follows a hybrid working model, based in Porto or Lisbon, with 3 office days per week preferred (2 days may be considered).

Required Languages

• Portuguese – Professional proficiency
• English – Professional working proficiency (B2 or above)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required)

• Professional experience developing applications using C# and .NET.
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred)

• Experience with ASP.NET Core.
• Azure experience.
• Microservices architecture.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience within Banking or Insurance environments.
