About the Role:

HumanIT is looking for a Senior Designer with strong expertise in Figma to create innovative, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Java development teams, ensuring seamless integration between design and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma.

• Develop intuitive and engaging interfaces for digital products.

• Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure consistency.

• Participate in user research and usability testing to enhance user experience.

• Maintain and evolve design systems for scalability and efficiency.

• Ensure all design solutions align with brand identity and best practices.

• Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer or similar role.

• Expertise in Figma (auto layout, components, variables, advanced prototyping, design systems).

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and accessibility best practices.

• Ability to transform complex concepts into simple, functional interfaces.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, FigJam, and Notion (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus).

• Familiarity with Java-based applications and their design requirements (preferred).

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Work Model:

• Hybrid: Preferred 2 days in office, but open to 1 day per week.

• Full-Remote: Available for the right candidate!
