Role Summary

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join a dynamic team that designs and implements new features for a core application module. This role involves collaborating with engineers, product owners, and business teams to develop scalable and secure solutions, ensuring the best user experience through performance optimization and security by design.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and will play a key role in supporting the development of new features while adhering to CI/CD best practices. Additionally, you will gain exposure to working across multiple time zones in a decentralized team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable software solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and design solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Passion for delivering high-quality, maintainable code.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases.

  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and production deployment best practices.
