PROJECT & CONTEXT

You will act as a functional consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, with a strong focus on Finance while also touching procurement and sales processes. The role spans both support and project delivery, requiring you to configure the application confidently, document decisions clearly, and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to balance reactive support against planned project work. Close, ongoing communication with key users and stakeholders is central to the role.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required)

• Proven experience as a functional consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O – Finance
• Solid understanding of core business processes across finance, procurement, and sales
• Ability to configure the application confidently and document decisions clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Discipline to balance reactive support work against planned project delivery
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with both key users and stakeholders
• Good written and spoken English (B2 Upper Intermediate or above)

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred)

• Experience working in both support and project delivery contexts
• Broader exposure to procurement and sales processes alongside finance within D365 F&O
• Experience acting as a direct point of contact for key users in a hybrid support/project setup
