ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

A well-known fashion retail brand in the Maia area is looking for a SAP Logistics Consultant to provide ongoing support across their SAP SD/MM Retail ecosystem. This is a support and configuration role — not development — ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced retail operations and enjoys being the trusted bridge between business teams and a complex SAP S/4HANA environment.

Level: Junior–Mid | Language: Portuguese required, English valued but not mandatory | Location: Maia (hybrid, 3 days/week in office)

PROJECT & CONTEXT

You'll be supporting the SAP SD/MM ecosystem for a high-volume fashion retail operation processing approximately 350,000 records per day. The scope spans configuration changes (development is handled by external partners), POS-to-SAP integration, store opening support, billing and invoicing monitoring, EDI communication with external partners, monthly closing support, and inter-store/warehouse replenishment processes (BOPs). You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, and Customer Support, as well as the internal IT & Transformation team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–3 years of experience in SAP support, ideally within SD/MM Retail modules, including S/4HANA
• Hands-on experience executing configuration changes in SAP SD/MM based on business requirements
• Experience across the full SAP support lifecycle: business process analysis, system configuration, testing, documentation, end-user training, and production support
• Ability to specify technical requirements for new functional needs in collaboration with business and IT teams
• Comfortable monitoring and ensuring correct billing and invoicing processes (invoice creation and listing) within SD
• Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
• Emotional resilience and a diplomatic approach when handling urgent or high-pressure situations
• Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• Fluent Portuguese — required for daily business communication
• Based in Porto area, available for hybrid work in Maia, 3 days per week
• Available to start within 30 days or soon after

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with POS-to-SAP integration processes (e.g., POS/CAR systems or similar)
• Familiarity with EDI communications between systems and external partners
• Working knowledge of SAP MM module
• Previous experience in fashion retail environments

Compensation: €1700– €1900/month net, depending on experience and seniority level.
