Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant - Hybrid Porto (2-3 days/week office)

PROJECT & CONTEXT

You'll be working within an enterprise CRM environment built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, supporting the configuration, customisation, and continuous improvement of CRM solutions across sales, customer service, and relationship management processes. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into D365 solutions, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM — implementation, configuration, and support in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of D365 Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules, with the ability to map business processes to platform capabilities
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications and D365 solutions
• Proficiency in D365 customisation and configuration — forms, views, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows
• Experience with Power Platform — Power Apps and Power Automate — in the context of D365 solutions
• Understanding of data modelling within Dataverse and experience managing entities, relationships, and data migrations
• Ability to perform testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis on CRM solutions in production environments
• Experience collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams, acting as the bridge between requirements and delivery
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for solution deployment and version control
• Strong documentation skills — solution design documents, functional specs, and user guides
• English B2 or above — required for daily stakeholder communication in an international environment
• Based in Portugal, available for hybrid work in Porto 2–3 days/week

Compensation: €1400– €1800/month net, depending on experience and seniority level.
