ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a long-term enterprise transformation programme for a leading international organisation operating across multiple countries. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior consultant who enjoys working on complex ServiceNow ecosystems, driving innovation through AI-powered capabilities, and contributing to strategic digital initiatives.
The position follows a hybrid model, with remote work combined with approximately one visit per month to London for key workshops and stakeholder sessions.
PROJECT & CONTEXT
You will work within Agile engineering teams responsible for developing and evolving enterprise ServiceNow solutions across multiple business domains. The project combines traditional ServiceNow development with next-generation AI capabilities, including Generative AI, workflow automation, intelligent assistants, and agentic AI solutions.
The environment follows DevOps principles with CI/CD pipelines and requires close collaboration with architects, infrastructure teams, security specialists, and business stakeholders.
Required languages:
- English (Fluent / C1-C2 mandatory)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Experience developing solutions across modules such as ITSM, CSM, FSM and/or SecOps.
- Solid experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, Generative AI, intelligent workflow automation or agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with JavaScript ES6+, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer and ServiceNow Studio.
- Experience with REST APIs, Integration Hub and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, Discovery and Event Management.
- Experience with Service Portal development using HTML5, CSS3 and AngularJS.
- Familiarity with MID Servers and scoped application development.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum and DevOps delivery models with Git-based version control.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), preferably ITSM or CSM.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in large enterprise environments.
- Previous experience in major consulting firms or tier-one multinational organisations is highly valued.
- Willingness to travel to London approximately once per month.
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred)
- ITIL v4 certification.
- Experience with ML Ops concepts.
- Knowledge of NLP, NLU, vector search technologies or LLM orchestration.
- Exposure to predictive intelligence and AI governance.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
- Experience working in global transformation programmes involving multiple countries.
