The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the digital marketing strategy.

The primary focus is to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth using digital channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy
  • Manage and optimize SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage the company's website, including landing pages, blog posts, and other content
  • Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics
  • Manage and oversee the company's social media presence, including creating and posting content on various platforms
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and product development to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets and ROI
  • Hire and manage external agencies and freelancers as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and AdWords
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot or Marketo
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
