Land Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage land-information computer systems, performing tasks such as storing data, making inquiries, and producing plots and reports,
• Produce or update overlay maps to show information boundaries, water locations, or topographic features on various base maps or at different scales,
• Design, develop, and implement systems and databases to access and store geospatial data,
• Design digital maps using geospatial data and analyze spatial and non-spatial information,
• Undertake land, topographic, hydrographic and measured building surveys, use a variety of specialist equipment and technology, such as robotics and 3D scanners,
• Analyze information using software such as AutoCAD and GIS (geographic information systems) programs.
• Analyze digital photos and drone footage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
