Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Present LabourSafe and firm services to meet client needs and close deals.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with businesses and key stakeholders.
  • Identify potential law firm acquisitions to expand service offerings.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support.
  • Track sales activities, monitor performance against targets, and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven trac record in B2B sales, preferably within the professional services sector.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary 4.000.000 COP and commission structure.
