Innovative law firm based in Toronto looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate to focus on expanding service and exploring new business opportunities. The role involves developing B2B relationships, securing new clients, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation through research, networking, and outreach.
- Present LabourSafe and firm services to meet client needs and close deals.
- Build and maintain partnerships with businesses and key stakeholders.
- Identify potential law firm acquisitions to expand service offerings.
- Provide exceptional client service and support.
- Track sales activities, monitor performance against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven trac record in B2B sales, preferably within the professional services sector.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary 4.000.000 COP and commission structure.
