Our partner is an award-winning SaaS platform to help retailers manage and resell returned stock without the need for return to the retailer. They  can help international ecommerce retailers by providing warehouses all over the world. They operate warehouses in the UK, US, Australia, Germany, and France. 

The position

Due to their rapid growth, they are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic self-starter for the role of Business Analyst. The role will be a blend of working at home and in the office, with the office being based in Varna/Sofia. You will be reporting to the Head of Product.

Responsibilities

• assist the Product Owner with requirement elicitation and stakeholder expectation management

• analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and conformity to standards

• write clear and well-structured user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria supported by wireframes and workflows

• highlight risks and issues and assist with their resolution in an appropriate manner

• support the facilitation of software development through the SDLC phases working closely with the Product Owner

• participate in Agile ceremonies with the development team

Requirements

• At least two years' experience working in a business analyst role within a software development environment

• Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail

• Excellent business documentation writing skills

• Experience creating wireframes and process flow diagrams

• Strong verbal skills with a fluency in English

• Excellent organizational skills including ability to self-start own task assignments

• Experience working in an Agile environment

Desirable attributes

• Logistics and ecommerce experience

• Familiarity with REST APIs

• Understanding of SDLC

• Experience using Jira and Confluence
