Your new role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Recruitment process in close collaboration with Hiring Managers of the company. The position represents a great opportunity to take an active part in the selection process for diverse and newly emerging roles in the areas of Software Development, Hardware Development, Technical Support and Manufacturing and help our organization grow. You will be responsible for consulting Hiring Managers for best market practices, and you will be a main driver of the implementation and continuous reinforcement of our TA strategy. Furthermore, you have the availability to engage in internal initiatives, proactively share ideas to build processes and policies for a fast-growing organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment process. • Create and update job posts and screen CVs from different sources daily. • Conduct phone screens, online interviews and in person interviews. • Execute proactive sourcing through various means using innovative techniques. • Research, prepare for and participate in Career Fairs and other Recruitment events and initiatives. • Actively participate in the research and implementation of recruitment strategies and employer branding activities. • Participate in other internal HR initiatives and processes to drive positive change in the company. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s or Master`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent. • 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter, Sourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist in an IT Environment. • Familiarity with recruitment channels and sourcing techniques. • Proactiveness and sales approach with desire to bring best talents into our teams. • Excellent written and spoken command of English.
