WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Human Power is a company that provides consulting and recruitment seivices for the best companies in Bulgaria. For our client we are currently looking for - WAREHOUSE MANAGER FOR A MANUFACTURING COMPANY BASED IN SOFIA, BULGARIA.


What you will do :

• Organizing warehouse and material flows in the production;
• Organizing logistics of the company;
• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision;
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization;
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations;
• Manage the handling team and ensure optimum material flow;
• Manages the Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) team, following the optimization of the stock turn and ensure production is supplied with materials and parts necessary to complete works.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements;
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security;
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system;
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (i.e. IN/OUT status report etc);
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree /Logistics/Manufacturing is an advantage/
• Work experience at least 3 years (experience in a Production company will be considered as an advantage);
• Computer literacy: MS office, ERP systems;
• Fluent English is a must
• Well organized person with teamwork attitude.
