Accessible through one interface, it provides a holistic solution, assisting Advisors with technology, investment, and back-office needs.

We are looking for a SR React Developer with React Native experience to join their small, yet highly skilled team of IT professionals and make an impact on the future of the financial services industry.
Your primary job will be building and maintaining our client's web app. You will use your React JS skills to create a modern, robust, and well-architecture building features, screens, and reusable components with ReactJS, that will help both financial advisors and end customers track their investments.

You will also play the main role of building from the ground the our client's new mobile app a lite version of the full-feature web-based advisor platform.

Role and responsibilities:

• Build and support web and mobile apps using JavaScript and React JS/React Native;
• Develop components and libraries that are reusable and future-proof, integrate with server-side RESTful APIs;
• Use UI/UX designs or wireframes to create the respective code and the app components;
• Use your knowledge on React and its lifecycles and hooks to maximize components performance across different devices and browsers;
• Analyze requirements, identify gaps and refine the scope of the given tasks and features;
• Collaborate with product and design team members, support scope and feasibility assessment discussions, assess risks and provide estimations;
• Support technical design and architecture discussions for new features;
• Prioritize between multiple contexts, decompose, evaluate, and handle highly complex tasks;
• Help with imposing process, sustainable team culture and on-boarding and mentoring junior team members.

Their requirements:

• Extensive experience building web apps with ReactJS and Redux;
• Experience building mobile apps with React Native, JavaScript, ES6;
• Experience with HTML5/CSS3;
• Good understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, good algorithmic skills;
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX;
• Good understanding of software methodologies, tools, and processes, experience with Jira, Confluence, Git;
• Good communication skills.
