Purchasing Supervisor

Human Power is a company, which provides consultations and human resourcing for the best companies in Bulgaria. For our client we are looking for a Purchasing Supervisor.

Job Requirement:

• Flexibility to travel inside Bulgaria and to countries in Europe;
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• English & Bulgarian minimum B2 proficiency;
• Excellent communication skills and team player;
• Positive attitude, adaptable to different situations;
• Ability to prioritize and work within tight time scales to meet deadlines;
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team;
• Autonomous, open minded, goal oriented and creative problem-solver;
• Industry experience (is a plus);
• Strong Sense of Responsibility;
• Analytical Thinking;
• Attention to Detail;
  

As a Purchasing Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to:

• Analyse the external and internal process of returnable packaging process.
• Developing and implementing quality control protocols to verify the integrity of materials throughout the supply chain.
• Conducting periodic audits to verify the completeness and accuracy of documentation.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive records of materials, processes, and quality control activities.
• Implementing document control systems to manage versioning, access, and distribution of documents.
• Collaborating with suppliers to obtain necessary documentation and certificates of compliance.
• Conducting thorough inspections of materials to ensure they meet regulatory standards and company specifications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives with the support of the manager of the packaging department.
