Human Power BG is an HR agency that offers consultations and recruitment for some of the best companies in Bulgaria.

We are looking for Marketing Data Analyst to join our team

This is what we expect from you:

- You are the analytical expert for our Marketing team. Apart from shedding light on the user journeys on our app and web products, you'll also provide transparency on the value a customer (user) brings us over their lifetime Based on our channel specific tracking/traffic data you provide actionable insights and recommendations for the most effective usage of each channel
- You develop quantitative analyzes on our various Marketing campaigns to help us make data-informed decisions and develop our user acquisition strategy
-You successfully partner with our Head of Marketing to generate ideas on how to improve our key KPIs and develop a setup to validate those ideas in a lean manner
-You support the marketing efforts by providing ad hoc reports whenever necessary
-You convince with "to the point" communication and the ability to transit seamlessly from complex analytics to simple/precise business implications
-You work independently and establish a data driven culture by coaching and inspiring stakeholders


These skills will make you successful in your role:

-You have at least 2 + years of relevant experience working as a data analyst or similar
- You have practical experience with SQL
-You have experience in conducting customer journey-, funnel- and traffic analysis as well as an understanding of marketing attribution and channel optimization
-You are familiar with the core concepts of marketing analytics and understand the relevant KPIs of the different domains of marketing (performance , social, SEO, CRM, etc)
-You have experience with data visualization and reporting tools but believe in making functions self-sufficient through self-service
-You are able to understand and analyze operational data, translate complex questions into clear analyzes and actionable insights
-You are collaborative and an absolute team player
-You have good English language skills
