SR DEVOPS ENGINEER

Our client is a U.S.-based software development company that delivers а platform disrupting the logistics industry: AI-driven business insights, engaging native mobile apps and single-page web applications, scalable Cloud-native systems streamlining millions of deliveries, and so much more. .

The Bulgaria office is the center of the technology.

We are currently looking to expand our client's team of top-notch experts with a Senior DevOps Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Architect robust, maintainable infrastructure
• Ensure smooth running of production systems.
• Establishing and maintaining a state-of-the-art deployment and software operations
• Secure, update, and maintain multiple environments and content repositories;
• Work within a team of Developers and Architects focused primarily on delivering technical solutions for improving the overall quality of product build, deployment, monitoring, and alerting, with emphasis on resilience, stability, scalability, and security;
• Work closely with the Quality Engineering team to help develop test cases, whilst ensuring the provisioning of all our environments is fully automated and tested.
• Ensure the right level of visibility on environmental health by exposing the required metrics.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps positions
• Great working knowledge of a CI/CD system (ArgoCD, Helm).
• Intricate knowledge of the entire software development process focused on the deployment and operations mostly.
• Have operational experience with GCP, Kubernetes, as well as IaaC, and Terraform.
• Understanding of automated build/test/release processes, source code management (Git), and change management (JIRA)
• Experience working with monitoring and alerting tools and configuration management tools
• High motivation and passion for your work. You take pride in what you do.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
