Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are currently looking to expand our client's team of top-notch experts with a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as quality gatekeeper and user advocate in planning and release discussions
• Defining and executing functional, non-functional, and performance test plans and strategies;
• Working towards converting manual tests into automation;
• Executing non-trivial security, performance, and stress tests;
• Monitoring and analyzing system and application aspects;
• Writing, executing, and supporting automation tests (UI and API);

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Quality Assurance experience;
• Ability to help the development team to debug/pinpoint issues;
• Strong knowledge of API testing;
• Hands-on experience in using version control tools (Git/GitHub);
• Experience with Jenkins or similar CI tools;
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) project management methodology;
• Understanding of Stubs and Drivers and strong DB knowledge;
• Highly motivated to convert manual tests into automation, working in collaboration with automation test engineers;
• Good knowledge of Selenium Webdriver and RestAssured API will be considered as a plus;
