Accounts Payable Specialist

Human Power BG is an HR agency that offers consultations and recruitment for some of the best companies in Bulgaria.

Key Tasks:

• In-depth analysis and reconciliation of suppliers’ invoices and their approval prior to payment;
• Liaising with external suppliers’ representatives and internal team members regarding the discrepancies and any anomalies, discovered during the analysis;
• Proactively monitoring costs by gathering and reconciling billed weights’ data;
• Supporting the Data Validation Team Manager on profit-and-loss related tasks;
• Acquiring and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on systems and processes at the company and contributing to improving any such processes;
• Other analysis, reports, tasks, and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• English language fluency is a must;
• Excel proficiency is essential;
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar;
• Background in Logistics would be a plus;
• Similar experience – 1 year minimum, preferably in a big international company;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Loyal, discreet, who can handle confidential and sensitive information;
• Precise, with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
