As part of HR team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support the monthly process for payroll
• Maintain the connection with employees and other internal departments
• Report different employees changes in National Revenue Institute
• Review, analyses and verify reports for accuracy and deliver data to interested departments or corporate area
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Process documentation and update reports relating to personnel activities (attendance, recruitment, training, performance evaluations)
• Conduct initial integration of new commers
• Training, audits, work schedules support and follow up
• Possibility to achieve experience and fast learning of HR procedures
• Opportunity to work in a nice and supportive team

What would we appreciate about you?

• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills and team player
• Ability to adapt to different situations
• Ability to prioritize and work within tight time scales to meet deadlines
• Bachelor or Master degree;
  
• Experience in HR area (experience in a production company is a plus);
• Good English level;
