What the job involves:

• Understand the users perspective and analyze behaviors of our customers in order to create a smoother experience of their products
• Contribute and build research strategy
• Using design thinking methods to identify solutions to customer problems
• Build Figma prototypes and beautiful UI designs
• Use your knowledge of user behavior to create stunning ads and campaigns
• Conduct interviews and design user tests in order to evaluate product design and better serve their customers
• Be a team player, ready to jump in to help others.
• You will be a part of Marketing team so understanding the business and company value is crucial

Who you are:

• At least 3+ years of professional experience within a design team
• Experience conducting user interviews and testing, and participating in research activities
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Highly proficient with Figma
• Experience with managing/contributing to design libraries and building prototypes
