Roles Key Responsibilities:
As the Credit Control and Collections Administrator  in Bulgaria, you will be responsible for:
· performing payments planning, organizing and monitoring accounts
· identifying outstanding debts
· ensuring in time collections and contact clients
· maintaining, supervising and monitoring the Company's receivables from third parties
· creating all the necessary management reporting documentation.
· collaborating with the Headquarters Credit Department to implement the corporate credit policy.

Qualifications and skills:
· At least 2 - 3 years of experience in a credit and collections role
· Good knowledge of Excel
· Attention to details and high level of accuracy
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and Customer service mindset
