Your responsibilities as a part of the team

• Source and screen appropriate candidates daily by conducting phone screens, online interviews and in-person interviews, as well as organize the technical assessment of the candidates.
• Optimize existing recruitment channels, platforms, and partnerships and create state-of-art job descriptions to showcase our culture and values.
• Own the onboarding process and orientation for new hires to support their first-days company journey.
• Participate and support the team in various employee related activities benefits management, pulse surveys, internal events, newsletter.

To join, you should possess

• Bachelors or Master`s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Outstanding written and spoken command in English.
• Preferably 1+ years of experience (juniors with no experience are also welcomed to apply)
• Strong communicator with talent to listen - credible speaker and influencer.
• Key personal characteristics: goal oriented, organized, proactive, possessing tact and diplomacy skills.
