Human Power BG is an HR agency that offers consultations and recruitment for some of the best companies in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities:

• Apply software QA methodologies, tools, and processes to day-to-day work
• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Use knowledge of SQL and scripting to verify data in databases where such data flow testing is neded
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development process in the QA role.
• Apply communication skills for day-to-day interaction with the developers and PMs n the company
•   Understand continuous integration process to understand what needs to be tested in what environment (Dev, QA, Pre-prod, Prod)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in software QA testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred (but not required):

• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• ISTQB certification.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
